Refund policy

At BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique, we strive to provide our customers with the most positive purchasing experience possible. Our in-store customer service ensures that our customers leave our stores looking and feeling their best with high-quality hand-selected medical uniforms. We strive to provide the same experience to our online shoppers as well. To that end, we are offering the following exchange-only policy.

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with “all” tags attached, and with all original packaging in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn, soiled or damaged merchandise.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any “on sale” or clearance merchandise or products that are specified as “sale” in their description.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for an exchange only.

We will cover the expense of making a claim under our guarantee by offering you pre-paid shipping for any returns under this guarantee. To return an item under our guarantee, please follow the steps for returns detailed below. Once your items are returned, you will receive a notification of the delivery of your new order.

Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached, in the state you received them, and made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

To initiate a claim for a manufacturing defect, please take a photo of the defective product and send it to sonia@bodymoves.ca along with your contact information, name, e-mail address, and phone number. From here we will respond with a resolution and further instructions to obtain the damaged goods and ship a new order at no charge to you. Our aim will be to make this exchange as smooth as possible.

Exchange for “other reasons”

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we will gladly issue an exchange within 30 days of purchase (less any original shipping fees). To exchange items, please follow the instructions below;

  • Please e-mail Body Moves at sonia@bodymoves.ca with your reason for exchange
  • Please provide your contact information, name, address, e-mail address, and phone number
  • Please provide the items you wish to receive in exchange. Please include the style number, size, color, and quantity.
  • No re-stocking fees apply however, items must be returned unused, unworn, and unwashed along with all original tags attached and all original packing materials, accessories, and documentation to our main office at;

*Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. For your protection, we recommend you use a carrier that is able to provide proof of delivery, insurance, and traceability services in case of loss or damage.

  • Once the exchanged product has been received, your new shipment will be sent out with the same shipping details as the original purchase.
