Thank You for shopping at BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique. Our goal is to provide you with the most positive purchasing experience whether online or in-store. We want to make sure that you look and feel your best in your new scrubs!

For our store hours, and directions, please visit our “store locator” section. If ever in doubt due to an upcoming or recognized holiday, please feel free to call either store anytime.

If you cannot make it into the store and prefer to shop from home, you can find our latest product selection online. Our online store is open 24/7 for your convenience.

If you require support with fit or sizing, or need help shopping, please review the
accompanying fit charts provided with each and every product we carry. If you still have questions on how our products fit, feel or wear, please do not hesitate to contact us at one of our store locations, or message us through our website, and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.

For larger group orders, please call or message us online so that we may understand any specific requests, and we will get back to you with a solution.

OUR STORES

CAN I BUY ONLINE AND PICK UP AT A STORE?
Yes, you can purchase online and then come in to any of our stores to pick up or try on before you leave the store.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
We accept cash at our stores along with most recognized credit and debit cards. For guests shopping online, payment methods are all listed at check-out. For larger group orders, a Purchase Order is required prior to fulfilling your order with net 30-day payment terms.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS AVAILABLE IN MY
LOCAL STORE?
All products listed online are available in one of our stores and is ready to ship direct to you or will be made available for you to pick up. For our online only section, there may be a delay receiving product as we work closely with our partner suppliers to have product shipped to our stores weekly.

CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE FROM A STORE OVER THE PHONE?
Yes. Should you wish to purchase over the phone, call any one of our locations during regular business hours, and one of our associates can process your order and provide you with an electronic receipt through e-mail or text. For your safety and protection, BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique WILL NOT keep any credit or debit card information on file.

HEMMING
BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique’s goal is to provide you with fashionable high-quality
scrubs that you will love to wear. We understand that every “body” is different and each style may fit slightly different depending on the collection. To help achieve your perfect fit, BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique carries a wide selection of tops from XXS to 5XL and pants or joggers in XXS to 5XL in petite, regular and tall length for both men and women to reduce the need for any alterations. When ordering online, please make sure to review the provided fit charts to help determine your best fit.

CUSTOM BRANDING
BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique offers custom embroidery for your group or staff order so that your own brand shines. We have a few options to help you and your staff get their best fit with your company logo embroidered on your new tops, jackets or long-sleeve tees. Please reach out to us for more details.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please double check your order and the total amount in your shopping cart before you complete your order online. Unfortunately, once the order is placed within our Shopify platform, you will be unable to modify or make edits.
No worries! please send us a message or call us at one of our stores at your earliest convenience, and we will gladly manually cancel your order and arrange to refund you in full.

CHECK ORDER STATUS
Once your order ships, you will be sent tracking information so you can follow your order. We typically use either Canada Post or UPS as our preferred shipping partners.

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT SEEMS TO BE DELAYED.
A tracking number will be provided so that you can follow your order. However, you may experience delays with carriers, Canada Post and or UPS, beyond our control. Keep an eye on your tracking to follow your order’s progress. We want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your new scrubs.

TRACKING/MISSING A PACKAGE
A tracking number will be provided so that you can follow your order. Should you have any issues, BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique will assist in locating your package and work  with our shipping partners on any required resolution.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY IN-STORE AND ONLINE PURCHASE HISTORY?
Need help remembering a purchase you made? No problem, our Shopify platform uses your basic information (your name) to retrieve any of your in-store or online purchases. Please reach out to us and we can retrieve your purchase history.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE ITEM I’M LOOKING FOR IS BACK IN STOCK?
You can check in on our website to see if any of our core items that you are looking for has been restocked as it will show as “available”. We do have numerous sales items and clearance items that once they are gone, will no-longer be restocked. Should you have any questions please send us a note or call the store to see what options may be available.

RETURN POLICIES
If you are having second thoughts about your product, you have 30 days from the
purchase date to return it. To be eligible for a return, product must be unworn and
unwashed, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please visit our return policy section for more details.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
BodyMoves Scrubs Boutique’s goal is to provide you with the most positive purchasing experience whether online or in-store. To be eligible for a return, product must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please visit our return policy section for more details.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
Returns are usually within 3 business days once your return reaches our store.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is processed, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days while Shopify processes this transaction.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A QUALITY ISSUE WITH MY ITEM?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for an exchange only. We will cover the expense of making a claim under our guarantee by offering you pre-paid shipping for any returns under this guarantee. To return an item under our guarantee, please follow the steps for returns detailed below. Once your items are returned, you will receive a notification of the delivery of your new order.

Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached, in the state you received them, and made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. To initiate a claim for a manufacturing defect, please take a photo of the defective product as soon as you receive it and send it to sonia@bodymoves.ca along with your contact information, name, e-mail address, and phone number. From here we will respond with a resolution and further instructions to obtain the damaged goods and ship a new order at no charge to you. Our aim will be to make this exchange as smooth as possible.
